Shane bought his first property at the tender age of 20 and has been hooked on Real Estate ever since. “It was an ex-housing commission home in East Armidale. It was a stepping stone for us, we paid it off really quickly, sold it and used the proceeds as deposit to buy our next home”.

At the time Shane was managing a bar, he then followed his passion and cut his teeth selling rural property for three years before teaming up with Uphill & Schaefer in 1997. “I had a close look at all the Real Estate Agency’s in town. The decision to join Uphill & Schaefer for me was an easy one. It’s the longest serving Real Estate Agency in Armidale and importantly, an independent family company with an impeccable reputation.”
